Terms and Conditions – Rows for You

1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Rows for You (hereinafter "Rows for You", "we", "us", or "our") to its clients (hereinafter "client" or "you").

1.2 By using the services of Rows for You, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1 Rows for You offers virtual assistance, administrative support, event production, marketing services, personal assistance, and other related services as described on our website or in an agreement.

2.2 The specific services and associated rates will be agreed upon in writing in an agreement or quotation.

2.3 Rows for You reserves the right to change its services at any time but will notify the client of such changes in a timely manner.

3. Contract and Payment

3.1 All services are provided based on a written agreement, where the hourly rate or package price will be agreed upon. Payments must be made according to the agreed terms.

3.2 Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

3.3 If payments are not made on time, Rows for You reserves the right to suspend the service until full payment is received.

3.4 All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Working Hours and Availability

4.1 The working hours of Rows for You will be agreed upon in advance with the client, depending on the nature of the services. These will be outlined in the service agreement.

4.2 Rows for You can be reached by email, phone, or other agreed communication methods. The client may contact us during the agreed working hours for support and inquiries.

4.3 Any communication outside of the agreed working hours can be answered by mutual agreement.

5. Client Obligations

5.1 The client is required to provide all necessary information to Rows for You in a timely manner so that services can be carried out properly.

5.2 The client is responsible for the accuracy of the provided information and documents.

5.3 The client must grant all necessary access to systems and software, if required for the execution of services.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy

6.1 Rows for You respects the privacy of its clients and will treat all provided data confidentially. Data will only be used for the execution of the services.

6.2 Rows for You will not disclose confidential client information to third parties unless required for the execution of the agreement or legally obligated.

6.3 The client has the right to request access to the data stored about them.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 All materials, documents, reports, and other products created by Rows for You remain the property of Rows for You unless otherwise agreed upon in the written agreement.

7.2 The intellectual property of the client remains the property of the client.

8. Cancellation and Modifications

8.1 If the client wishes to cancel the assignment, this must be communicated in writing at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. In case of a later cancellation, Rows for You reserves the right to charge for the reserved hours.

8.2 If the client wishes to make changes to the assignment or services, both parties will confirm the change in writing. Changes may incur additional costs depending on the nature of the modification.

9. Liability

9.1 Rows for You will make every effort to perform the services to the best of its ability and with care but cannot be held liable for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client, or other circumstances beyond its control.

9.2 The liability of Rows for You is always limited to the amount the client has paid for the specific service in the month preceding the incident.

9.3 Rows for You is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data.

10. Duration and Termination of the Agreement

10.1 The agreement between Rows for You and the client begins on the date of signing or approval of the quotation and remains in effect until the agreed services have been completed unless otherwise agreed.

10.2 Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with a notice period of 1 month unless otherwise agreed.

10.3 Upon termination of the agreement, the client is obligated to pay any outstanding amounts.

11. Force Majeure

11.1 Rows for You is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations if this is due to force majeure, such as but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, illness, or disruptions in communication and computer systems.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

12.2 In case of disputes, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through mutual consultation. If this is unsuccessful, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in [city, for example, Amsterdam].

13. Final Provisions

13.1 Rows for You reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions. The amended terms will apply from the moment they are published on the website or otherwise communicated to the client.

13.2 If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid, the remaining provisions will remain fully in force.
